Spacious and exceptionally clean venue with an excellent value and very efficient and service-minded staff. Very very nice area, central location close enough to the clubs, the buffet / restaurant and Playa de Muro. Delightful meal at a la carte restaurant. A really really nice stay for short vacation.

Our room was good sized, functional. Plus it had a great view of the mountains and canal. This accommodation had a beachfront setting to the centre of Port Alcudia. Stayed here before and would return there.

The WLAN was the catastrophe - it doesn't work and who only works for a short time and then you always have to log in again. In the evening down in the restaurant you have to wait too long to order something to drink. Then one is ignored and nothing is served anymore. Find it a pity

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and there was a wide variety of activities to choose from. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to the harbor in Alcudia. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the breakfast spread was delicious.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with all the questions we had. For example, our plain tickets were printed out for us free of charge. This bed was just great! No problem for my back.
Unfortunately, our room was located close to the children's pool and therefore the noise level was very high at certain times. It was difficult to stay on the balcony, as it was almost impossible to talk.

The service was all in all attentive. Reasonably large units with enough space for 4 persons, loads of laughter, for example, and the staff were incredibly nice. The pool area was good and the location was perfect and fantastic, really close to shop to book for excursions near by, Majorca 3 times and the center of the town close to all the shops.

Loved the all-inclusive concept and the variety of food offered. The pool towels provided were a great plus and the pool area was enjoyable. The kids loved the playground and the mini disco, and we appreciated the effort put into the entertainment. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the air conditioning. The location was great, with many attractions within walking distance.
We found the sound isolation disappointing, as we were able to hear our neighbors and the street noise. There were some maintenance issues that could have been addressed, such as broken wheels on the bed.

viva sunrise made our stay in port de alcudia unforgettable! the kids club, mini disco, and daily room cleaning were great. having pool towels provided in our room was a bonus. the spacious rooms and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience.
